The internet was set ablaze recently when Drake when he apparently bought himself a pretty nice 35th birthday gift, a $5,500,000 USD Richard Mille. Richard Mille has been known to partner with athletes to create watches with some of the best shock resistance available. That is why Richard Mille partnered with pro golfer Bubba Watson to create a line of timepieces. In 2019, Drake was seen wearing a Richard Mille RM 055 “Bubba Watson”. The bezel of this piece set with brilliant-cut diamonds. In 2019, the market price was around $265,000 USD. However, the current market price has risen to around $450,000 USD in just two years.
Richard Mille RM 69 Erotic Tourbillon
In addition to partnering with world-class athletes, Richard Mille is known for having some fun with their horological creations. One example of this it the 18+ Richard Mille RM 69 (get it?) Erotic Tourbillon. The watch acts as an erotic and love themed mad-libs of sort, with a triple rotating automation that proclaims random amalgam of phrases such as “Let Me / Kiss You / Tonight” and “I Want To / Caress You / Madly” among many, many others.
Back in 2019, when Drake bought the piece, he stated that the watch sold for $750,000 USD. However, if you can get your hands on one, the watch will likely cost you well over $1,000,000 today.

Richard Mille RM 035 “Rafael Nadal”
Drake has also been spotted wearing the 48mm Richard Mille RM 035 “Rafael Nadal” Americas, which is available exclusively in the Americas and is limited to 50 pieces. The piece features NTPT carbon case and a black skeletonized dial with red and yellow accents. While the retail price-tag is $128,000 USD, it is selling for around $275,000 on the secondary market.
Richard Mille RM 27-04 “Rafael Nadal”
The RM 035 is not the only Nadal-Richard Mille collaboration watch that Drake owns. He was spotted this year wearing an RM 27-04. The RM 27-04 has the greatest shock resistance of any Richard Mille at about 12,000g. It was released in 2020 to celebrate the 10 years of the partnership between Nadal and Richard Mille. The timepiece extremely light and has a dial that resembles the strings on a tennis racket. While this limited edition of 50 pieces retails for $1,000,000 USD, it is currently selling on the secondary market for double that (over $2,000,000 USD).
