Wren watches carry a 2-year warranty from the date of shipment indicated on the warranty card. This includes the movement, case, dial, hands, crown, and bracelet/strap. The warranty does not include any issues that occur due to mishandling and/or damaging the watch. Normal wear-and-tear on the case or bracelet/strap is also excluded. Furthermore, any work carried out by a non-authorized third party will void the warranty.

You may return your Wren watch within 14 days of your receipt. Refunds will only be issued for new items, without signs of wear or damage, in the original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Background
Wren was a project born out of passion. Wrist Enthusiast has long had a finger on the pulse of enthusiasts and collectors, and founder Craig Karger wanted to create something that he felt was an everyday watch for everyday enthusiasts. At it’s very core, the Diver One is a watch by enthusiasts, for enthusiasts. Craig and team has had its share of challenges in the process of bringing this project to life, but they are proud of what they created and the product that’s in front of you today.
