Introducing the Wren Diver One Titanium Snow and Diver 38 Mad
Last year, right before Windup Watch Fair, I released the Wren Diver One Snow, a white and blue Diver One that instantly became one of the most requested watches I’ve ever made. It sold out shortly after the fair and has been the watch people have asked me about more than any other.
Now, one year later and once again right before Windup, the Snow is back, but not quite the same. The Wren Diver One Titanium Snow brings the look and feel of the original to a lighter, slimmer, and more refined titanium case. And, we are also releasing the Diver 38 Mad, a watch with a very personal store.
The Return of the Snow
The original Diver One Snow was part of a limited run of 100 pieces. It combined a brushed steel case with a white-to-blue fumé sandwich dial and quickly became one of Wren’s most recognizable designs. The goal this time wasn’t to remake it, but to evolve it.
The new Wren Diver One Titanium Snow keeps the same 41mm case size and Sellita SW200 movement, but it’s now made from Grade 2 titanium, which makes it roughly 45 percent lighter than the steel version. The case has been slimmed down from 13.3mm to 12.7mm, improving wearability without changing the proportions that made the original so comfortable.
There are also meaningful upgrades throughout. The sapphire bezel insert has been replaced with dark blue ceramic, giving the watch a slightly more modern feel while improving scratch resistance. The bezel scale is now fully lumed, adding a practical and visual upgrade in low light.
For the first time on any Diver One, the bracelet features a microadjust clasp. It’s a small detail, but it makes a noticeable difference day to day. Combined with the reduced weight and thinner profile, this is easily the most comfortable Diver One yet.
The Diver One Titanium Snow is available for preorder now for $1,295, with deliveries expected at the end of January or early February 2026.
The Story Behind the Diver 38 Mad
The second release, the Wren Diver 38 Mad, has a much more personal story behind it.
Earlier this year, I made a one-of-one Diver 38 for my niece Maddie as a gift for her Bat Mitzvah. It had no date, a clean white dial, and was designed just for her. When I gave it to her, I filmed the moment and posted it online, and people loved it. Not just the gesture, but the watch itself.
Maddie loved it too. In fact, she told me, “You should sell it, but only if you name it after me.” So that’s exactly what I did.
When we were first talking about what kind of design she wanted, her first idea was a gold watch. I told her I couldn’t really make that happen. Then I suggested a purple gradient dial, and she thought about it for a second before saying she wanted a white watch.
I had never made a non-gradient watch before, and I didn’t want it to feel plain with just a solid white dial. That’s when I came up with the idea for a fully lumed bezel, not just lumed numbers, but an entire glowing ring. To make that possible, we used a sapphire bezel insert for the first time on a 38mm Diver. The result is a soft, even glow that completely transforms the watch in the dark. It’s bright, fun, and a little unconventional, which is fitting since “Mad” is Maddie’s nickname.
The Diver 38 Mad measures 38mm across and 10.7mm thick, powered by an ETA 2892 with a custom Wren rotor visible through its display caseback. While Maddie’s personal version was the only no-date model, production versions include a date window for balanced everyday wear.
It’s not technically limited, but the first batch is capped at 50 pieces, priced at $1,595, and is available for preorder now.
Two Watches, Two Stories
The Diver One Titanium Snow and Diver 38 Mad represent two very different sides of Wren.
The Titanium Snow is a full-circle moment, a watch that connects back to where the Diver One line really hit its stride, now reimagined with titanium, ceramic, and modern proportions.
The Diver 38 Mad is more personal, a design born from a family moment that reminded me why I started making watches in the first place.
Together, they show how Wren continues to evolve, balancing community favorites with stories that mean something deeper.

The Snow is back. The Mad is brand new. And both mean a lot to me.
