Over recent years Jacob & Co. has released some of the most diamond-set watches on the market, including the Billionaire collection. Well, during Geneva Watch Week, Jacob & Co. is taking their Billionaire collection to the next level with the new Billionaire Timeless Treasure, featuring 425 yellow diamonds with a whopping 216.89 in carat weight.

The Jacob & Co. Billionaire Timeless Treasure is an evolution of the Billionaire collection, which began as a 1 of 1 piece unique back in 2015. In the Timeless Treasure, 880 carats of extremely rough yellow diamonds (which are much rarer than white diamonds) are cut down to 216.89 carats after thousands of hours of cutting to the demanding Asscher cut (425 yellow diamonds in total). When talking about this magnificent piece, Jacob & Co. CEO Benjamin Arabov says:

It is great to see an expansion of the Billionaire line, even if it is being offered at the unfathomable $20,000,000 USD price-tag. The yellow diamond case and bracelet are complimented well by the skeleton tourbillon movement which also is adorned with 57 baguette-cut diamonds. The skeleton dial, with its yellow gold-plated bridges and yellow diamonds flows naturally from the case and gives the whole watch an aesthetic cohesiveness. The perimeter of the dial also features green tsavorites (the yellow gold and green combination can’t help but remind us of the Rolex Daytona “John Mayer”).
Look, we understand that pretty much nobody can afford a timepiece like the Billionaire Timeless Treasure. But that doesn’t stop us from appreciating the beauty and craftmanship that goes into such a piece (and the years spent finding the perfect diamonds for the piece).
